A very warm welcome to our New Centre Manager!
It is a very difficult time for individuals and the community.
We are coming out of the COVID pandemic but still witnessing friends and family suffering in many ways as a result.
The cost-of-living crisis is on us and impacting on families in our community. It is an unprecedented time, where such issues affect so many people. The Centre has been providing support and a place to go for residents for the last 20 years, and I am keen to continue and develop on this.
The team and I are keen to hear from you about how we can improve services to meet your needs.
New developments will include a Volunteer Package to enrich the experience of volunteers here at SYDNI and to support people that are looking to get back into training and employment.
Support around the Cost-of-Living Crisis, involving a warm hub and providing access to free food to those most in need, will be a priority. We will continue to work with partners such as Springfield MIND; The Citizens Advice Bureau; Warwickshire District Council, and so much more.
