These group sessions are every Monday morning in the hall at The SYDNI Centre. These sessions are seated exercise for people with Parkinson’s with physiotherapist Katharine Stubbings.
Katharine has many years of experience working with people with Parkinson’s to help keep them as mobile as possible.
